Almut Eisentraeger, 2014I am a scientific employee at the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Mathematics ITWM, working in the department Transport Processes primarily on the software tool MESHFREE.

Earlier, I worked at the Mathematical Institute in the University of Oxford, first as DPhil (PhD) student at the Numerical Analysis Group on a multi-fluid poroelastic model of the brain, then as a postdoctoral research assistant at the Oxford Centre for Collaborative Applied Mathematics (OCCAM) on water purification by magnetic separation.

My free time seems to have disappeared since we got our Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy Shida “White Toes” Ondine and took in the stray Black Cat. 😉

Updates happen mostly on Twitter.
